Andrew Schneider
President
Andrew has been in the painting industry for over 20 years and is passionate about creating a work environment where people continually grow and achieve success in all areas of life. He spends a lot of time networking with other painting contractors and learning how to improve products and techniques to become more environmentally friendly.
When away from the company, he loves spending time with his wife and four children. He is also very passionate about his faith and helping others. He gives back to the community by spending time in the prison system to help bring hope to youthful offenders.
Bryan Stephens
Vice President
Bryan is our sales manager, along with our premier estimator and a great friend. He has been working with EPI Painting Inc. since 2006, and his knowledge comes from over 30 years of solid experience in the industry. He has worked out in the field as a painter, supervisor, and business manager, and is knowledgeable in painting systems and products, epoxy, and flooring systems.
Treating people the way he would like to be treated as a customer is very important to Bryan. He takes pride in developing professional, long lasting relationships with EPI Painting’s clients.
Bryan is known for his genuine love for people and their well-being. His love and commitment to his family is evident through the time spent with his wife, children, and grandchildren. His endearing faith is also very important to him.
Jeff Badovick

As a masterful integrator, the top responsibilities of Jeff’s role include leading, managing, and holding the team accountable, guiding and coordinating critical business functions, driving top-level growth and financial performance, creating organizational clarity and rhythm, and optimizing relationships.
Jeff’s immersion in entrepreneurship enables him to do what he loves. He believes he is fortunate to work with such amazing professionals, and he finds joy in making a positive difference in the lives of customers.
Outside of work, Jeff is passionate about health, fitness, golf, travel, and giving back.
Kayleen Hammock
Office Manager
Kayleen has been in the construction industry for over 20 years delivering outstanding customer service, job costing, billing, time keeping, and an eye for detail. She uses her organization skills to ensure that all operations run smoothly.
Kayleen says that EPI Painting Inc is unique because of how the team keeps a positive attitude, shares a common vision for excellence, and has not grown too big to not know each client.
When Kayleen is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family. She also has a creative side and loves doing crafts like making fabric flowers for weddings or special occasions.
